STRK is a personal training, nutrition, and performance-tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. STRK Rating, Lift Index, and related metrics are estimates derived from the data you log — they are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified coach or medical professional. Consult a doctor before beginning any new training or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.
STRK stores your workout, nutrition, and profile data locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for full detail. You are responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve this data; STRK has no server-side backup because it has no server.
Signing in with Apple or Google, or creating a local email account, exists only to gate access to your own on-device data. There is no shared or cloud account — an account created on one device is not accessible from another.
Don't use STRK to enter false health information intended to mislead another person, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the app's scoring logic to misrepresent your performance to others, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
STRK is provided "as is." While we test the app's logic carefully, we don't guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for decisions made based on its output.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of STRK after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@strk.uk.
